Everyone can draw, it's a matter of learning the technique and practicing. In this session you will learn how to "see" and use different methods and tools to accurately draw still objects.

Session 2: Light & Shadow
After learning how to draw, this session focuses on rendering volume. Using charcoal, you will learn how to add form and transform a circle into a sphere by capturing the effects of light on an object.

Session 3: Colour
Transfer the colourful world onto your canvas by learning how to perceive hue and applying it considering the different qualities of colour.

Sessions 4, 5 & 6: Paint with oil
In the next three sessions you will learn how to paint a still life with oil. It is our medium of choice for students as it provides great flexibility to experiment and learn while achieving great, lasting results.
